What MOQ means at Aroma Labs
Some suppliers set a minimum per scent before they will quote. Our library works differently. If an oil is in stock, you can order any listed pack size of it, even just one bottle. That makes it easy to build a first range of five or six scents without committing to kilos of each.
There are two cases where a minimum applies. If an oil from our catalogue is not in stock, the first order starts at 5 kg so we can produce it. If you want a fragrance built for your brand from a brief, the minimum is 25 kg per fragrance, with no smaller trial batches.

How samples work
Every oil in the full collection has a 10 ml sample option at AED 45. We suggest ordering samples of your shortlist, testing them in the exact base you plan to use, and waiting a few days to judge how each one wears. If you want to try several scents at once, ask us about the sample box. Once you have chosen, move straight to the pack size that matches your sales.

- SDS (also called MSDS): the safety data sheet for handling, storage and shipping.
- COA: the certificate of analysis showing the tested properties of the oil.
