Signature is an option for perfume formulation projects. Essential is an option to explore for home, body and other formulation projects. Suitability and usage limits depend on the individual fragrance and intended application.

These are fragrance concentrates, not ready-to-wear perfumes. Evaluate a sample in your intended base and request the available technical documentation before production. See the Pricing page for guidance.

Choose an available pack on the product page. Sample packs contain 10 ml. Prices, grades and larger pack sizes vary by fragrance; the selected pack price is displayed before you add it to your cart.

Volume discounts are available by confirmed bulk-order quote. Indicative discounts against the 1 kg rate:

• 5 kg: 7% off
• 25 kg: 15% off
• 50 kg: 20% off
• 100 kg and above: 27% off

Document availability and permitted usage depend on the formulation. Confirm the relevant information before production; an inspiration fragrance name does not establish an oil’s ingredients or safety limits.

Delivery availability, rates and estimates depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. Qualifying orders of USD 300 or more receive free shipping where that option is available.

Keep containers tightly closed, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Request storage guidance and shelf-life information for your selected fragrance and batch; do not assume the same shelf life for every formulation.

For a repeat order, share your previous fragrance name, grade and batch details with us. Confirm the formulation and evaluate a sample in your base before a larger production run.

Yes. We take on fragrance matching and original development for brands with a minimum 5 kg commitment. Send us a brief, or a physical sample of the target scent, and we come back with a timeline and price before any work starts.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds, including scent preference or opened and used products. Sample an available fragrance before placing a larger order.

If an order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact ankit@aromalab.shop promptly, within 7 days where practical, with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue under our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Build a Tester Box with 10 available fragrances from the tester picker, 10 ml each, for USD 99. Choose from the grades and samples currently offered.

Place your first qualifying bulk order within 30 days of your box shipping: orders of USD 1,000 or more receive USD 99 credit; orders from USD 400 to below USD 1,000 receive USD 49.50 credit. One credited box per account, against your first bulk order only.

Request your bulk quote and provide your tester order number so we can confirm eligibility and apply the credit to your invoice. Credit is not automatically applied at checkout. See the Tester Box page.

No. Our oils are our own impressions of well-known fragrances, made in Dubai. Designer and house names are used only to describe the scent character. Aroma Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands named on this site. When you sell a finished product made with our oils, label it under your own brand and do not use the designer's name or trademarks.
